Gina began her real estate career in 2007 with Keller Williams Realty of The Woodlands, where she had the opportunity to learn alongside her mentor and longtime friend, Ginni Stein. After earning her Texas Broker license, Gina returned to her roots and founded Fowler Realty, building an independent brokerage centered on personal service, local knowledge, integrity, and lasting client relationships.

With family roots in Tyler County reaching back generations, Gina has a genuine appreciation for the land, homes, people, and heritage that makes East Texas special. Her experience spans residential homes, waterfront properties, acreage, farms, ranches, and rural estates.

While her roots are firmly planted in East Texas, Gina combines hometown knowledge with modern technology and strategic marketing to give her clients greater exposure and connect rural East Texas properties with buyers from Houston and beyond. I love live music: Concerts are one of my favorite things! Journey, Fleetwood Mac, and Tom Petty are a few of my all-time favorites. If there’s live music playing, I’m probably happy.

Small-town girl: My graduating class at Colmesneil High School had a grand total of 26 people. Small-town roots, and proud of them!

My unforgettable ride: My favorite car was a gold 1967 Camaro with brown racing stripes and a 350 motor. She was fast, loud, and unforgettable!

My favorite Bible verse: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13 It’s a verse that has guided me through both life and business.
